well it has only one mod (halves spells 9%).
I would merch it, but you can go selling it for 500-1k somewhere... |

Vjeko meant that it has only one casting mod. A Perfect Staff has Halves Skill Recharge mod & Halves Casting Time mod. Of course on rare occasions some ppl might want to replace either one with Reduce Condition mod.
Your staff has only one casting mod and that is unfortunately not worth the trouble. You will get more if you manage to salvage that +30HP part and sell it instead. |
